October is National Arts and Humanities Month.<\/strong> ARTECHOUSE, which has spent the last decade pushing the boundaries of what art experience can be, is thrilled to celebrate this month across our locations in Washington D.C., New York City and Houston through a series of programs, promotions and events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTECHOUSE\u2019s inaugural location, and the nation\u2019s first permanent space dedicated to art created through technology, opened \u201cTwilight Zone: Hidden Wonders Of The Ocean\u201d<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>in partnership with Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, continuing its ongoing collaborations with the best-in-class scientific partners. This exhibition plunges you into the mysterious depths of the ocean twilight zone to discover the enchanting world of bioluminescence and showcases the interconnectedness of marine life. Appropriate for all ages, this show will host the following October programs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our latest location (and the first ARTECHOUSE Multiplex) which opened doors in Houston at the very start of Summer 2024, is currently showing three genre-hopping shows under one \u201cTime and Space\u201d<\/strong><\/a> programmatic umbrella: Beyond The Light<\/strong>, an Award-winning ARTECHOUSE Studio original production in collaboration with NASA, Intangible Forms<\/strong>, by Japanese multimedia artist Shohei Fujimoto employs choreographed lasers, strobes and moving lights to explore the universal connections between living beings and their realities, and Eternal Life<\/strong>, created by ARTECHOUSE Studio in collaboration with the Nobel Prize Museum, this installation explores existence through Nobel Prize-winning works such as the celestial orbits and the revolutionary CRISPR\/Cas9 gene-editing technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
